A space for clarity, perspective and wellbeing

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing or stuck.

You may be facing a difficult decision, navigating a relationship challenge, questioning your direction in life, coping with change, feeling anxious or stressed, or simply sensing that something is missing without knowing exactly what.

At such times it can be valuable to have an experienced, thoughtful and supportive person to talk things through with.

Wholeness and Wellbeing Conversations provide a space to explore life's challenges with greater clarity, perspective and ease.

What I Offer

These one-to-one online conversations are designed to help you step back from habitual patterns of stress, confusion, self-criticism and overwhelm, and explore what becomes possible when life is approached from a broader perspective.

Together we explore whatever is most relevant for you, whether that relates to relationships, work, wellbeing, life direction, meaning, purpose or personal challenges.

The emphasis is not on fixing you or telling you what to do. Rather, it is on creating a space where clarity can emerge, perspectives can shift and life can be approached with greater resilience, wellbeing and ease.

Issues We Can Explore

People come to these conversations for many different reasons, including:

- Stress, anxiety and overwhelm

- Relationship challenges

- Life transitions and major decisions

- Loss, change and uncertainty

- Confidence and self-belief

- Questions of meaning, purpose and direction

- Work-life balance and wellbeing

- Neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism

- Personal growth and self-understanding

- Spiritual and existential questions

- Creating a more fulfilling and balanced life

Sometimes there is a specific issue to address. Sometimes there is simply a feeling that life could be approached differently.

My Approach

Every conversation is unique and tailored to the individual.

My background includes training in Human Givens psychotherapy, more than a decade of experience supporting people through a wide range of life challenges, and over thirty years of exploration in wellbeing, contemplative practice, education and personal development.

Depending on what is most helpful, our conversations may include reflective dialogue, solution-focused questioning, guided visualisation, practical goal setting, metaphor, breathing techniques and other evidence-based approaches.

Sometimes a practical approach is most appropriate. Sometimes a broader perspective is needed. Sometimes simply having a safe and thoughtful space to explore what is happening can be deeply valuable.

The Perspective Behind the Conversations

Many of the difficulties we experience arise when life becomes organised around stress, fear, self-criticism, uncertainty or the feeling that something important is missing.

Sometimes this is connected to practical circumstances. Sometimes it reflects important emotional, psychological or relational needs that are not currently being met. Gaining greater clarity about these needs can often be an important step towards greater wellbeing, resilience and balance.

Whilst life's challenges remain real and sometimes difficult, a different possibility may emerge when we learn to relate to them with greater perspective, understanding and self-compassion.

These conversations are grounded in a simple principle: greater wellbeing often arises not from becoming somebody different, but from understanding ourselves, our circumstances, our needs and our possibilities more clearly.

Is This Right for Me?

Wholeness and Wellbeing Conversations are intended for people seeking greater clarity, perspective, wellbeing and personal growth.

They are not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment or specialist mental health services. If you are experiencing severe psychological distress or require specialist support, it is important to seek appropriate professional help.

What to Expect

Sessions are conversational, relaxed and confidential.

There is no programme to follow and no particular beliefs are required.

Some people come with a specific challenge. Others come because they want space to reflect, gain clarity or explore a different perspective on life.

The intention is simply to create a supportive environment in which insight, resilience, wellbeing and practical wisdom can naturally emerge.
